Tikal Rivera-Cevallos is an interdisciplinary artist and creative with a focus in digital media & animation. A Chicago native, Tikal has worked as an arts instructor, artist, animator and freelancer with non-profit organizations and studios throughout the country on various artistic projects. With a passion for fostering positive and inclusive collaborative arts environments, Tikal dreams of Chicago becoming an even larger hub for creatives across all mediums and disciplines in the future.
In her years of experience working within arts administration and the arts, she has seen how art has brought together tight knit communities. She deeply admires the role that Hedwig’s performance art has played in bringing together community and representing the beauty of human expression and is elated to work alongside the Hedwig team in this role!
