(2010) Dance of Forgotten Steps

Description

Dance of Forgotten Steps delves into memory, identity, and the influence on the living by those who have gone before. It features illuminated “white shadows” (created by Petra Bachmaier’s video projections on a set designed by Barbara Cooper) that add dimension to the stage and transport the dance into an otherworldly realm.

Dance of Forgotten Steps is a personal work and a reflection on Jan Bartoszek’s 25+ years as a choreographer.
